In these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to ZIWI® USA Inc. and its subsidiaries.
“You” or refers to the author of your entry.
The “Prize Draw” or “Competition” refers to that which is outlined in the ZIWI® USA Inc. Survey and/or where the survey prize draw is mentioned in other content ZIWI® USA Inc. has published on any other platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.).

Eligibility - Entry open to United States of America residents, aged 18 years or over, who successfully and accurately complete the conditions of entry outlined below. ZIWI® USA Inc. (the "Promoter"), its employees and their immediate families, participating agents and their associated agencies, are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Conditions of Entry - How to Enter:
"ZIWI® USA Survey" Prize Draw requires an person to establish their eligibility to enter and complete the survey by fully answering and completing all survey questions. Each eligible person may enter the competition only once. Promotion commences NZT time at 9am Wednesday 27th April 2022 and closes at NZT Wednesday 11th May 2022 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received after this closing time may be ineligible for entry.
Five (5) eligible entries of the Promotion above will be selected randomly by Friday 13th May 2022 NZT. Attempts will be made to notify the five (5) winners by email at the email address provided at the time of the promotion entry. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner within five (5) days, then the prize is forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner(s) will receive the following prize:
• 1 x $150USD ZIWI Prize Gift Card redeemable only at shop.ziwipets.com
The Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
The Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion reserves the right to substitute the prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
All prizes shall be subject to the terms and conditions of use issued by the prize provider. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered in connection with the availability, provision or use of these prizes.
All components of the prize package must be taken together. Any element of the prize package not taken will be deemed to be forfeited. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Promoter’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable.
By entering this “competition”, you hereby consent to our User Generated Content Terms and Conditions. As part of the competition and deeming a winner, the Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner's details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the competition.
Limitation of Liability: ZIWI® USA Inc and its subsidiaries, are not responsible or liable for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late, lost, stolen, unintelligible, illegible, damaged, mutilated, altered, incomplete, misdirected entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer online systems, computer equipment, website, server provider, network, hardware or software, or garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (e) printing, typographical, electronic or human errors which may occur in the offer or administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property.
